The eSewa merchant is a mobile application designed to help you effortlessly monitor digital payments in a convenient manner. By using this application, you can maintain transaction records, improve business flow, and reach a wider customer base. Enhance customer engagement through targeted campaigns within the eSewa app. Additionally, you have the ability to efficiently scan and validate vouchers via the provided option.

The key features of the app include:

• View Transaction Statement: Easily track your business activities with the clear statement view available in the app. Access your payment details directly within the transaction statement section.
• Withdraw Funds: Quickly transfer funds from your merchant wallet to your linked bank account or eSewa wallet almost instantaneously.
• Campaign Request: Strategize engaging campaigns to maintain customer interest and submit them for approval through eSewa. Execute beneficial campaigns to support your business goals effectively.
• Scan Voucher: Verify campaign vouchers efficiently by scanning them within the app.
• User Creation: Enhance operational efficiency by adding or removing user access. Create multiple merchant wallet logins and assign specific roles.

Steps to utilize the eSewa Merchant App:

1. Launch the eSewa Merchant app.
2. Sign in using your credentials. Please note that registration as an eSewa merchant is required for login. If not registered, complete the registration process to obtain login credentials.
3. Upon successful login, access the dashboard.
4. Check your available balance at the top:
   • Withdrawable Balance - Transferable to linked bank account or eSewa ID
   • Pending Balance - Yet to be cleared
   • Lien Balance - On hold
5. Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments via the Payment section.
6. Utilize the "Scan QR" feature to scan provided vouchers.
7. Add campaigns under the "Campaign" option after approval is received.
8. Access available vouchers through the "Vouchers" section.
9. Click on the "Profile" icon at the top left corner to:
   • Add images
   • View personal information
   • Change Password and TPIN
   • Add additional users
